Privacy policy
This site is a brochure. It collects nothing on its own; what we hold is what you send us to quote and book a trip. Here is what that means in practice.
PSG Tour and Travels is a proprietorship in Delhi. This policy covers this website and the enquiries and bookings that come through it by WhatsApp, phone or the plan form. It is written to be read, not filed.
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you WhatsApp, call or use the plan form, that is typically your name, your phone number and your travel details — destination, dates, how many people are travelling, budget, hotel preference and anything else you add in the notes. If you go on to book, we will also ask for what the booking needs: traveller names as they appear on ID, ages of children, and for air tickets or visas, passport and ID details.
The plan form on this site does not store anything on a server. It composes a WhatsApp message from what you type and opens WhatsApp; the “Send the brief” button takes you to a confirmation page and nothing is transmitted from it.
Why we use it
- To quote a trip — write the day-by-day, the per-person price and the inclusion ledger.
- To book it — hotels, Volvo or train seats, air tickets, transfers, sightseeing.
- To issue tickets and visas you ask for. Passport details are shared only with the airline, hotel or visa authority that needs them for that booking, and only for that booking.
- To reach you while you travel — the representative on the ground uses the number you gave us.
- To invoice and keep accounts, including GST invoices where requested.
We do not add you to a marketing list without asking. If you have said yes to updates and change your mind, a WhatsApp message saying so is enough.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The only record of a visit is the ordinary server log kept by the host, which records the time, the page requested and the requesting IP address, and is used for security and capacity, not profiling. If that changes, this page will say so.
The site sets no cookies. It keeps one preference in your browser’s local storage — whether you chose the light or dark theme — and that value never leaves your device.
Who else sees it
The people and companies needed to deliver what you booked: airlines, hotels and houseboats, coach and cab operators, sightseeing and activity providers, and visa processors or consulates where a visa is part of the trip. Each receives only what its part of the booking requires. Messaging runs over WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy terms; if you would rather not use WhatsApp, call the same number instead.
We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as the conversation is live. Booking records — who travelled, what was booked, what was paid — are kept for as long as accounting and GST law require, and then deleted or destroyed.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where the law does not require us to keep it. Call or WhatsApp +91 92138 33650 from the number you used with us, or write to the office address below, and we will act on it.
Children
We collect children’s names and ages only when a parent or guardian books travel for them, and use them only for that booking.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date. Nothing in it is retrospective without telling you.
